Terms of Service | Cheater Detector AI User Agreement

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cheater Detector AI (the "Service"), operated by DOT APP LABS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & lawful use

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only in connection with people in your own life, such as someone you have matched with or plan to meet. You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, defame, or harm any person, nor in violation of any law, including data protection law in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

Cheater Detector AI performs an AI-powered search across publicly accessible dating-app profiles based on the inputs you provide. Reports are indicative only. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or that any particular profile or activity exists.

Any sample report shown during checkout or elsewhere on the site is an illustrative example using placeholder data. It is provided to show the format of a report only — the exact contents, fields, number of matches, and findings of your actual report will vary and depend entirely on what the search returns for the details you provide, which may include finding little or nothing.

4. Billing

Cheater Detector AI is offered as a subscription that includes a set number of scans per billing period. The exact plan, scan allowance, price, and renewal cadence are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through our in-app support assistant — the chat on your dashboard's Contact page — and cancellation stops the next renewal, taking effect at the end of the current paid period (you keep access until then). Refunds are handled separately under our Refund Policy.

The subscription provides activity alerts — notifications about updates we detect on the matched profiles from a search you performed. We typically re-check the matched profiles for changes about once a month. Because alerts depend entirely on whether the monitored profiles actually change, we do not and cannot guarantee that any alerts will be generated during your subscription: a person may leave an account untouched for months with no new activity, in which case there will be nothing to report. The subscription pays for ongoing monitoring of those profiles, not for a guaranteed number or frequency of alerts. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in providing alerts — including while a subscription is active — because detecting and delivering an alert depends on timing and on changes appearing in third-party data, which is outside our control and can vary. An active subscription is not a guarantee of timely, complete, or uninterrupted alerts.

5. Account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reports are not legal evidence and must not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or relationship decisions with serious consequences.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, the state of organization of DOT APP LABS LLC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
