Refund Policy

Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. Overview

Cheater Detector AI is operated by DOT APP LABS LLC (30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). Because every report is generated individually for each request, our refund policy reflects the service-based nature of the product.

2. Technical issues guarantee

If we experience a technical problem on our side and are unable to process your request, we will refund all of your money. Just send us an email describing the issue along with your order or transaction ID and we will process the refund within 2 business days.

3. Inaccurate-results refund

If you believe the report we delivered is inaccurate, you can submit proof (for example, a screenshot, document, or other evidence showing the result is wrong) within 1 day of purchase and we will refund your order in full. Email the proof and your order or transaction ID to [email protected] and we will process the refund within 2 business days.

4. Subscription renewals & additional searches

All plans renew automatically. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time through our in-app support assistant — the chat on your dashboard's Contact page — to prevent the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. Once a renewal has been processed, that billing period is not eligible for a refund. Additional search top-ups (one-time purchases of extra searches) are also non-refundable once the charge has been processed.

5. Duplicate or fraudulent charges

Duplicate charges and charges you did not authorise are always refunded in full. Email us with the transaction ID and we will resolve it within 2 business days.

6. How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the order or transaction ID and a brief reason for the request. We respond to every refund email within 2 business days.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (including, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
